Payment and Shipping Info

PAYMENT:

Orders can be made on the website, by email or over the phone. If you require a layaway or would like items reserving whilst payment is sent just let us know. We'll always do our best to accommodate your specific needs.

We accept payment by:

Credit and debit card - as always there is no additional charge for either (in fact that's illegal now so don't let anyone else charge fees either!) 

Cash in any currency

SHIPPING:

We aim to post everyday we are open but as a small family business also manning a busy shop it's not always possible. We will make sure you're kept in the loop with regular email updates as your order is dealt with. 

Our standard shipping costs apply on almost all of our items. The prices are as follows:

UK Standard Delivery - £3.45

UK Special Delivery - £7.95

Europe Priority Airmail - £9.95

Rest of World Priority Airmail - £11.45

Some large/heavy items may incur extra shipping costs. This will be clearly marked in the description and all prices will be shown before any payment is taken. 

We do our best to keep postage costs as low as possible but will not scrimp on service. All orders are fully insured using tracked and/or signed for services. If you have any questions about postage charges or want to request a specific delivery date, special service or specific courier please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
