Genuine medal with bars for Alma, Inkermann and Sebastopol. Named to Drumr. Dvd. Jackson. 44th Foot. The 44th Fott became the East Essexs. Jackson was severly wounded during the 1st attck at the Redan 18/06/1855. Only two drummers are shown as serving with the regiment on the role.Naming is in upright capitals (engraved) probably regimentally.
