A first world war single BWM to 201108 Private Frederick Thomas Edwin Payne, 16th Company, F Battalion, Tank Corps.
British War Medal named to 201108 Pte. F.T.E. Payne. Tank Corps.
Payne served with the battalion during the Battle of Arras and was later wounded, captured and taken as a prisoner of war during the tank attack on Bourlon Wood during the Battle of Cambrai.
The medal is in good condition.
