What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via the following methods:

Credit card or debit card (on-line system, over the phone or via the terminal in our shop)
Sterling cheque or money order
UK postal orders
Cash on collection

How much is shipping?

All items can be picked up in person free of charge at our shop in Doncaster Town Centre (DN1 1HF).
Standard post delivery prices are as follows. Postage costs do not increase no matter how many items you buy.

U.K:
United Kingdom - 1st Class Signed For £2.95
United Kingdom - Special Delivery £7.95
United Kingdom - Saturday Guaranteed Special Delivery (order before mid-day Friday) £11.95

EUROPE:
Europe - Airmail Tracked & Signed For - £8.95

REST OF WORLD:
Rest of World - Airmail Tracked & Signed For - £9.95

Large and/or heavy items:

Although the vast majority of our items have the same shipping cost occasionally we get large or heavy items for sale. There will be an additional postage charge for these items this will be clearly shown with a note in the item's description and prices viewable at checkout.

How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to post all orders within 3 working days of payment clearing. We use Royal Mail for the vast majority of our items, delivery times vary depending on the service chosen. Please see below for delivery times after dispatch.

U.K:
1st Class Signed For- 1 to 3 working days
Special Delivery - 1 working day, arrives before 1pm
Saturday Guaranteed Special Delivery - arrives Saturday before 1pm (can be selected any day but must be ordered before mid-day Friday)

EUROPE:
International Tracked & Signed for airmail - 3 to 7 working days

REST OF WORLD:
International Tracked & Signed for airmail - 5 to 9 working days

Do you ship internationally?

We will post almost any of our items worldwide. However, occasionally some items we sell are very heavy and it is therefore not cost effective to send them abroad. In this case we will still provide a quote for delivery by courier on request if the buyer wants to pay the additional delivery costs.

My item has not arrived?

If you have not received an item with in 28 days of payment clearing please Contact Us with your order details for a full refund. You can check the staus of your order by entering your tracking number (found with your order details in your account) on the Royal Mail website.

I have received the wrong item / My item is damaged:

Although we take the greatest care to hand pack all our items very rarely mistakes can happen and some can fall prey to the postage system. In the event of an incorrrect item or postal damage please Contact Us with details of your order and the problem and we will do our best to fix it.
