Although we do our best to provide genuine period pieces there are always differences of opinion therefore we have a no quibble 30 days returns policy on ALL our items. This even includes refunding postage costs if you are not 100% happy with the item.
Just Contact Us with your order details and we will get back to you with instructions on how to return the item/s.Please note when returning an item to us, you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend that you choose a postage method, which insures you for the value of the goods.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Please note that we are a small business and every item is hand picked and checked before it is sent out. We absolutely will not refund if an item has obviously been tampered with, sent back damaged or swapped for a fake so please don't try! Abuse of our returns policy will prevent you from shopping with us in the future.

Although we take the greatest care to hand pack all our items very rarely mistakes can happen and some can fall prey to the postage system. In the event of an incorrrect item or postal damage please Contact Us with details of your order and the problem and we will do our best to fix it.
Discounts and Vouchers - If a discount voucher was used with your original order the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
