📢 Important Update: Temporary Pause on Shipments to the USA

We want to let all of our American customers know about some important changes that will affect our ability to ship orders to the United States.

From 29th August 2025, new US Government customs requirements come into effect. These changes impact all goods being imported into the USA and have created a great deal of uncertainty about how the new system will operate in practice. Royal Mail has advised that 26th August 2025 was the last recommended shipping date under the old system to ensure parcels clear US customs in time.

Unfortunately, this means we have had to make the difficult decision to pause all shipments to the USA for at least one month. 😞 We sincerely apologise for the lack of advance notice — we have been waiting for daily updates ourselves and only received official confirmation of these changes yesterday.

As always with our overseas customers, we will continue to do our absolute best to ensure that any customs fees and additional costs are kept as minimal as possible. Once we are fully up to speed with the new system, we will reassess and look at ways to make allowances that should help reduce charges where we can.

If you are desperate for an item or would still like to place an order despite the current delay, please get in touch. We will do our best to accommodate you by holding your order and calculating any potential additional costs in advance.
