A first world war Merchant Navy and second world war Special Contabulary medal group of four awarded to Frederick S. Rowell. 

British War Medal named to Frederick S. Rowell 
Mercantile Marine War Medal named to Frederick S. Rowell 
WW2 Defence Medal unnamed as issued 
George VI Special Constabulary Long Service Medal named to Frederick S. Rowell 

Frederick Stanley Rowell served with the Merchant Navy in the first world war and with the Huntingdonshire Special Constabulary in the second world war. 

The group comes with some original documents and envelopes for the British War Medal and Mercantile Marine War Medal. 

The medals are in good condition.
