A first and second world war father and son medal grouping with original documents awarded to Private Thomas K. Potts, Bedfordshire Regiment and Regulating Petty Officer Thomas William George Potts, Royal Navy.

1914-15 Star named to 8889 Pte. T.K. Potts, Bedf. R.
British War Medal named to 8889 Pte. T.K. Potts. Bedf. R.
WW1 Victory Medal named to 8889 Pte. T.K. Potts. Bedf. R.

The medals are in good condition and are swing mounted for wear on modern replacement ribbons.

Comes with copy MIC and medal roll entry.

The medals are in good condition with the four campaign medals being swing mounted for wear. 

Comes with original certificate of service, Torpedo History Sheet, Recommendations for Advancement and Conduct Record Sheet, Regulating Branch History Sheet,  Gunnery History Sheet, letter from the Ministry of Defence for the award of the Russian 40th Anniversary medal and award certificates for both anniversary medals. 

Also included is a newspaper cutting from the Doncaster Free Press reporting on Thomas Potts and two others being presented with their Russian Commemorative medal.
