A first world war casualty group awarded to T4/249804 Driver Lawrence Nelson, 463rd Horse Transport Coy. Army Service Corps, who died of wounds in 1918 and is remembered at Esquelbecq Military Cemetery. 

1914-15 Star named to T-445 Dvr. L. Nelson, A.S.C. 
Memorial Plaque (Death Penny) named to Lawrence Nelson

The medal and plaque have remnants of tape to the reverse but are generally in good condition.
