A first world war medal pair awarded to 18-213 Private Stephen Joicy Winship, 18th Bn. (1st Tyneside Pioneers) Northumberland Fusiliers.

British War Medal named to 18-213 Pte. S.J. Winship. North’d Fus.
WW1 Victory Medal named to 18-213 Pte. S.J. Winship. North’d Fus.

Private Winship was wounded in action receiving a gun shot wound in 1917. He was discharged 14/08/1917.

The medals are in god condition with good lengths of original ribbons.
