A first world war DCM medal and 1914 star awarded to 66466 Driver Robert Henry Edwin Jordon, 3rd Brigade Royal Horse Artillery and 94th Brigade Royal Field Artillery. 

George V Distinguished Conduct Medal named to 66466 Dvr: R.H.E. Jordan. B. Bty: 94 / Bde: R.F.A. 
1914 Mons Star (with 5th Aug. – 22nd Nov. 1914 clasp) named to 66466 Dvr: R.H.E. Jordon. R.H.A. 

Citation for D.C.M. 
London Gazette, 11th March 1916
  ‘For Conspicuous gallantry. He displayed great coolness and energy in repairing telephone wires under fire, and invariably volunteered for any work, however dangerous.’

Jordon is mentioned in the war diary as being wounded in action on 14/9/16.

The medals are in good condition. The mons clasp is genuine.
