A first world war Victory Medal awarded to T.Z.4593 Able Seaman Daniel David Banks, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, who served with the Drake Battalion, RND and was twice wounded in action.

The medal is in good condition.
Daniel David Banks was born on 18th February 1895. He was from Doncaster, Yorkshire and was a Miner by trade.
He was drafted to the Drake Battalion in September 1915.
Twice wounded, receiving a gun shot wound to his left foot on 17/2/18 and a gun shot wound to his left hand on 3/9/18.
