Description

A Second World War cloth combination formation sign/epaulette for the 78th Division 38th Irish Brigade. Worn in Sicily, Italy and Austria from April 1943 to August 1945. The brigade consisted of the 2 Bn. London Irish Rifles, 1st Bn. Royal Irish Fusiliers and the 2nd and 6th Bns. Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers. In good condition.
