The medals are in good condition and ISM comes in box of issue. Also with a number of safe driving medals awarded to Victor Curtis and two East Surrey Regiment badges (both missing fixings). 

Victor Curtis was born in 1926 in Norfolk. He enlisted into the East Surrey Regiment on 7th June 1941 (service number 6153236) and transferred to the R.A.C. on 27th November 1942. 

Awarded his ISM in 1986 for service with the Post Office.
