War Medal 1939-45 unnamed as issued 
George VI Royal Navy Long Service & Good Conduct Medal named to J.106242 F.J.H. Mears. L.Tel. H.M.S. President. 

London Gazette:
BEM – 13th October 1942

Awarded his LSGC 15/5/1939 whilst serving on HMS President. 

Mears was born on 6th May 1906 in Romsey, Hampshire.
