1895 India General Service Medal (2 Clasps - Punjab Frontier 1897-98, Tirah 1897-98) named to 3467 Pte. T. Holmes 2d Bn. K.O. York Lt. Infy.
The medal is in good condition.
Thomas Holmes suffered with mental health issues and was diagnosed with 'neural stupor'. He was declared insane, discharged from service and sent to Netley Lunatic Hospital in February 1899.
