A first world war Memorial Plaque for 151837 Private Malcolm MacLucas, 43rd Battalion, Canadian Infantry, who sadly died of wounds on 15/11/1916 and is remembered at Rutherglen Cemetery.

Died of Wounds - 15th November 1916
Malcolm MaLucas was born in Argyllshire, Scotland on 10th February 1873. When he attested, he was living in Brandon, Manitoba in Canada. His paoers show he previously served for one year with the 99 Manitoba Rangers.
He was wounded in action on 11th October 1916 at Etaples, receiving multiple gun shot wounds. He died just over a month later.
