A first world war Death Plaque to 60137 Serjeant George Roland Chadwick, 'D' Bty. 100th Bde. Royal Field Artillery. 

Memorial Plaque (Death Penny) named to George Roland Chadwick 

Died - 20th August 1916 (Karasouli Military Cemetery) 

Chadwick first entered France on 15/01/1915 and was wounded on 10/03/1915 (bullet wound to left home). He returned home on 13/03/1915 before being posted to the Mediterranean on 24/11/1915. He died in Salonika on 20/08/1916.
